Carla Leslie is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family & County Mediator, a Qualified Social Investigator, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of combined experience supporting families and professionals through complex and emotionally charged situations. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University in Florida.

Carla’s background in both mental health and mediation allows her to approach each case with neutrality, structure, and compassion, fostering constructive dialogue, informed decision‑making, and effective resolution for families across all Florida counties.

She founded Leslie Family Solutions to provide ethical, impartial services that promote clarity and resolution. Whether through mediation or court‑ready social investigations, her work is grounded in objectivity, discretion, and a commitment to the best interests of the child and sustainable outcomes for families statewide.
